My passion for real estate runs deep, being a second-generation real estate professional. Growing up, I watched my father excel as a new home salesman and land developer, and my mother thrive as a dedicated realtor. They instilled in me a strong work-ethic, integrity, and the joy of helping people find their dream homes.

I spent over 20 years in the banking industry, working in branch loan sales, mortgage underwriting, and customer satisfaction. This experience laid a strong foundation for my transition to a full-time realtor, where I spent over 10 years assisting clients in buying and selling homes. There’s nothing more rewarding than sharing in the joy of my clients as they embark on new life journeys.

My expertise also extends to the support side of real estate. As a transaction coordinator, I ensured peace of mind for my clients. Later as a transaction support manager, I held my team accountable for the customer's experience while ensuring compliance with real estate regulations. These support roles provided me with exposure to over 6000 real estate transactions, throughout Florida, deepening my understanding of the real estate process.

I am committed to continuous learning and hold several accreditations and certifications from the National Association of Realtors. My extensive knowledge and experience enable me to handle any situation that may arise during a sale.

 I bring my many years of experience in real estate to BluMar Realty Inc. Prior to joining the BluMar Realty team, I spent over 25 years as a residential and commercial real estate appraiser in the greater Tampa Bay area. As an appraiser, I learned how to be detail oriented, proactive, and have a great understanding of the Tampa Bay real estate market.

I have been an area resident since 1997 and earned my Certified General Appraiser license shorty thereafter. I recognize the unique characteristics and benefits of living and working in Northern Pinellas county, as well as the many communities around Tampa Bay.

When not assisting clients, I enjoy spending time with my wife Ana and family, entertaining our friends, traveling, and relaxing when the opportunity arises.

On a personal level, Edwin is a Puerto Rican-born, extremely patriotic American, with a profound love of this country and all that it has offered him and his family. He has an infectious sense of humor.  He is seriously funny... sometimes serious, sometimes funny, but always genuine. He is a religious man who leads a congregation in Largo, FL.  A family man married since February of 2000 (to the same woman no less), who together care for his 85-year-old mother with Alzheimer's here in Clearwater, FL. He loves driving anything that moves, particularly motorcycles, RVs, and big rigs. He has even co-piloted an airplane.

Ana, the founder of BluMar Realty Inc., and BluMar Real Estate Academy immigrated to the US when she was a teenager in the mid 1990’s. Falling in love with our country and customs, she proudly became a US citizen. When she became a Realtor® in the mid 2000’s, she had one thing in mind, and that was to bring the dream of home ownership to those coming from other countries to the United States, and to work with many to achieve this dream. 

Ana has taught Real Estate practices and techniques to many agents in the industry and also has extensive training in the appraising and consulting side of Real Estate, which has gained her the respect of many peers in this business. 

Ana worked for many brokers before opening her own brokerage, BluMar Realty Inc. She has taken all the good she learned from her previous experience with other companies and implemented them into her own brokerage. Ana also has an extensive list of designations and certifications awarded by the National Association of Realtors® as well as other national Real estate Organizations. Ana has previously served as the Chair of the Suncoast Global Council in Pinellas County, as a Florida Realtors Director, and as an executive member of NAHREP Tampa Bay.

Ana has been awarded locally, nationally, and internationally for her contributions and excellence in real estate.
