Ana, the founder of BluMar Realty Inc., and BluMar Real Estate Academy immigrated to the US when she was a teenager in the mid 1990’s. Falling in love with our country and customs, she proudly became a US citizen. When she became a Realtor® in the mid 2000’s, she had one thing in mind, and that was to bring the dream of home ownership to those coming from other countries to the United States, and to work with many to achieve this dream. 

Ana has taught Real Estate practices and techniques to many agents in the industry and also has extensive training in the appraising and consulting side of Real Estate, which has gained her the respect of many peers in this business. 

Ana worked for many brokers before opening her own brokerage, BluMar Realty Inc. She has taken all the good she learned from her previous experience with other companies and implemented them into her own brokerage. Ana also has an extensive list of designations and certifications awarded by the National Association of Realtors® as well as other national Real estate Organizations. Ana has previously served as the Chair of the Suncoast Global Council in Pinellas County, as a Florida Realtors Director, and as an executive member of NAHREP Tampa Bay.

Ana has been awarded locally, nationally, and internationally for her contributions and excellence in real estate.

 I bring my many years of experience in real estate to BluMar Realty Inc. Prior to joining the BluMar Realty team, I spent over 25 years as a residential and commercial real estate appraiser in the greater Tampa Bay area. As an appraiser, I learned how to be detail oriented, proactive, and have a great understanding of the Tampa Bay real estate market.

As your Realtor, I will be an advocate for you. Whether you are buying or selling, residential or commercial, I will work tirelessly to promote your best interests.

If you are selling, I will work with you to get you the fairest price, in the least amount of time, by using state of the art technology, team collaboration and BluMar Realty’s superior marketing materials. If you are buying, I will work hard to provide you with the best information and market data to inform and assist you so you can be a well equipped buyer with the strongest possible negotiating position.

I understand that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As a full time Realtor, I will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. I will accomplish this through constant communication, and by being accessible whenever you need me.

I have been an area resident since 1997 and earned my Certified General Appraiser license shorty thereafter. I recognize the unique characteristics and benefits of living and working in Northern Pinellas county, as well as the many communities around Tampa Bay.

When not assisting clients, I enjoy spending time with my wife Ana and family, entertaining our friends, traveling, and relaxing when the opportunity arises.

Tahlia Wright is a Tampa Bay Realtor® with a passion for helping people feel informed, confident, and supported throughout their real estate journey. She believes real estate should feel exciting and empowering rather than overwhelming, and takes pride in educating her clients so they understand the process, know their options, and can make decisions with confidence.

Her love for homes began long before becoming a Realtor®. Growing up, Tahlia loved watching home and design shows, collecting home magazines, and imagining the possibilities within different spaces. She later spent four years studying architecture in high school, further developing her appreciation for home design, floor plans, and the details that make a property feel like home.

At the heart of her work is a genuine love for serving others. Her faith has instilled in her the importance of giving back, leading with kindness, and serving her community, values she carries into every client relationship.

With an interest in both real estate and finance, Tahlia enjoys helping clients navigate buying, selling, relocating, and making real estate decisions that align with their future goals. Outside of real estate, she enjoys exploring Tampa Bay, staying active, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering in her community.

 Eddie is a licensed Florida real estate agent with BluMar Realty. He serves buyers and sellers across the Tampa Bay area, including Tampa, Land O' Lakes, Lutz, Wesley Chapel and the surrounding communities of Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties.

Originally from New England, Eddie chose Tampa Bay for the same reasons many of his clients do: the year-round sunshine, a growing economy and room to build a future. Having made that move himself, he understands what it takes to settle into a new area. He enjoys helping relocating families, first-time buyers and local homeowners find a place that fits both their budget and their way of life.

Eddie is known for quick communication, careful preparation and steady follow-through. He takes time to understand each client's goals and explains every step of the process in plain language. He wants every client to feel informed, confident and never rushed. To him, real estate is about relationships more than transactions, and he works to earn trust that lasts beyond closing day.

When he's not working with clients, you can find him at the Gym, or at a local Karaoke bar.
